The dirty system water passes over the unique Double Helix Magnetic Grate. The Magnetic Grate has been designed to minimise magnetic field interception, increasing the collection of magnetic debris from the system.
The system water then moves through the vessel hitting the stainless steel baffle plate. The baffle plate serves two purposes. Firstly, by providing a surface area for microbubbles contained in the system water to coalesce into bubbles which are released via the automatic air vent. Secondly, by distributing the flow evenly around the cartridge filter.
The Filter Pot features our industry leading Anti-Microbial Cartridge Filtration. This removes non-magnetic system debris down to 0.5 microns surpassing BSRIA recommendations (5 micron) to achieve "like new" system water quality. The unique Anti-Microbial Cartridge Filter technology utilises micron-sized silver and zinc particles which exhibit remarkable Anti-Microbial properties.
When tested, our Cartridge Filters have shown an outstanding 99.9999% reduction of Pseudomas Aeruginosa Biofilms*. This not only significantly reduces the surface buildup, ensuring extended filter life, but also increases user safety by removing hazards associated with handling harmful microbial growth.

Dosing can be achieved via the dosing tundish. The Filter Pot Mini has a 5.5 Litre capacity, meaning your system can be dosed quickly and efficiently, ensuring sustained performance and savings.
The patented Filter Pot Mini design includes our unique drain & fill connection. This connection can be used in maintenance periods to safely drain the vessel of hot, dirty system water and also to fill the system with mains water, which has to pass through the vessel before entering the system. This ensures that all fill water is free of debris and air, ensuring retained system performance and savings.
